Therapist Matching in Telegram
A Telegram Mini App where AI suggests the match and a human makes it

- Finding the right therapist is a trust problem; directories make it worse
- The first step is the hardest — any friction kills it
- Raw intake text overwhelms the specialist
- "Let AI decide" is exactly what harms in mental health
- Telegram Mini App: zero-friction first step in a familiar space
- Client sees only a human; AI is invisible by design
- LLM structures the request into a brief and suggests specialist candidates — to the operator, never to the client
- Confidence per theme, urgency flags, drill-down to the client's original words
- Data minimization: no diagnoses or medical details ever collected
- Human in the loop → less throughput, more trust
- AI hidden from the client → no "AI-powered" shine, no machine at the vulnerable moment
- Suggestion over decision → AI never gatekeeps access to help
- Shipped 0→1: independently built the Telegram Mini App and LLM-assisted operator workflow
- Specialist gets a structured brief with candidates, not raw text
- Clear human–AI boundary: model structures and suggests; human decides and explains
In a high-stakes domain, the design question isn't what AI can do — it's where it must step back. Here it stepped fully behind the operator: the client never meets the model, and that absence is the design.
KUPER
B2B System inside Marketplace
15M+ MAU
A/B-tested B2B experience increased repeat orders and retention by ~20%.
A business-ordering experience integrated into Kuper’s consumer marketplace across web and mobile.

SCOPE
Product design · Design system · Web and mobile
Business customers were forced through consumer-oriented journeys:
- Personal and business contexts were unclear
- Onboarding required too much information upfront
- Profile switching was confusing
- B2B scenarios behaved inconsistently across platforms
Personal profileBusiness profile- Introduced an explicit personal/business context within one product
- Made profile switching a core interaction
- Reduced onboarding to the information required for activation
- Added complexity progressively when it became relevant
- Reused familiar marketplace patterns across web and mobile
A unified product created more design constraints than a separate B2B application, but reduced fragmentation and made activation and switching more predictable.
VALIDATION & OUTCOME
A/B tests across web and mobile confirmed ~20% growth in customer repeat orders and retention.
The experience was shipped across onboarding, profile switching, and ordering flows.
INSIGHT
B2B inside B2C is a system problem, not an interface problem.
M2
Simplifying the Mortgage Broker Flow
A property-search and online mortgage platform connecting discovery, mortgage approval, verification, and transaction workflows.

ROLE
Senior / Lead Product Designer
SCOPE
Product design · Design system · Web and mobile
The mortgage broker flow demanded everything upfront — a long application, documents, and no sense of whether approval was even likely. Users dropped off before reaching the product's core value.
- Shortened the entry to goal and key parameters
-
Deferred documents until they became relevant
-
Surfaced a preliminary result early
-
Made application status and next steps always visible
+19% engagement, −14% bounce — more users completed the flow and reached a decision.
INSIGHT
In a high-stakes financial flow, every question asked too early costs trust — and conversion.

FEATURED BY APPLE

ROLE
Senior Product Designer
SCOPE
Product design · Design system · Web and mobile
Work starts in conversation but quickly fragments across chats, task managers, files, and separate project spaces.
- Decisions get lost in message history
- Turning a discussion into action requires switching tools
- Context breaks across teams and projects
- Traditional project-management products feel too heavy for everyday collaboration
DISCOVERY
We mapped how work moved between communication and project-management tools. Three recurring failures emerged:
• Conversations held decisions
• Tasks required switching tools and copying context
• Updates returned to chat
The core problem was context loss between discussion and execution.
- Made Chat → Task the core product interaction
- Kept the original conversation connected to the resulting work
- Combined chats, tasks, files, and teams within one workspace
- Used progressive disclosure to keep a complex system approachable
- Designed mobile-first interactions for fast everyday use
TRADE-OFF
Brief offered less customization than traditional project-management platforms, but made common collaboration flows faster and more predictable.
OUTCOME
- Featured by Apple in “New Apps We Love”
- Shipped as a complete cross-platform collaboration product
- Established a unified interaction model across conversations, tasks, files, and teams
INSIGHT
The gap between communication and execution is not solved by placing chat and tasks next to each other. The product must preserve the context that turns one into the other.
